Align Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC is a direct access, direct pay clinic. No referral is needed.  In order to provide you with high quality, one-on-one treatment for one hour, Align PT & Wellness does not contract with insurance companies.  

 Credit cards, HSA, and FSA accepted.

Payment expected at time of appointment.  Pay for appointment when scheduling or by logging into your Square account.
