Whole-body care. Whole-person focus.
Dr. Leah Hultstrom brings over 29 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, offering a level of care that is highly personalized, integrative, and results-driven. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University.
Known for her holistic, whole-body approach, Dr. Hultstrom blends traditional orthopedic techniques with osteopathic principles to treat the root causes of pain and dysfunction—not just the symptoms. Her extensive post-graduate training includes over 40 advanced courses in manual therapy, movement science, and integrative treatment techniques.
She specializes in Integrated Structural Therapy, biomechanical corrections, and posture therapy, utilizing methods such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, craniosacral therapy, and visceral mobilization. This deep understanding of how the body’s systems interact allows her to address complex musculoskeletal issues at their source.
Dr. Hultstrom also has a strong background in strength and conditioning, sports medicine, and functional movement, combining manual therapy with targeted exercises and patient education to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve performance.
Whether you're an athlete, recovering from injury, or seeking relief from chronic pain, Dr. Hultstrom offers the knowledge, hands-on skill, and compassionate care to help you move and feel your best.
